Acceptable returns are when I have a disgruntled customer that opens a claim or is truly unhappy with their handmade order. Unhappy customers are thankfully extremely rare.
In the event a claim is opened, I will accept a return. However, the item must be returned within 24 hours and must be returned unused and in brand new condition. Tracking information must be provided within the 24 hour window for the refund to be accepted.
I have this requirement as disgruntled customers will try to use the romper and then return for a refund. This is fraud against my small business.
Therefore I am willing to issue a refund as long as item is returned within the 24 hour timeframe.
