Shipping & Policies
Please message me for current turnaround before ordering. Most US, Canadian, UK, Australian orders can be tracked. Delivery within the US typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive once shipped. During these unprecedented times, shipping can take longer and I cannot control shipments once they are in USPS’s hands.
Today, my current turnaround time is around 6 weeks, please message me to request an earlier arrival. You may need to purchase the "Rush my order" listing if available.
Turnaround time does not include shipping.
There is a spot to put a note in your order. It is helpful if you let me know a bit about baby’s size. **Please be aware that requesting your order to be rushed DOES NOT qualify as a rush order. Please refer to my current turnaround before ordering as I do not issue refunds or cancellations.
Shipping costs within the US are free and will be shipped with First Class USPS. If you upgrade shipping to Priority or Express and item is lost or delayed, there are no refunds. I’m sorry, but I cannot be responsible for packages once they are out of my hands.

Once Order is placed, I cannot accept cancellations or returns. To keep up with demand and not oversell, I have to cut out each order when it is placed. This way I know when I am running low or out of materials. Again, NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS CAN BE MADE. Rest assured that I am happy to communicate with you throughout the entire process and gather as much information about your little one to ensure the best fit possible. If you prefer a standard size, you may refer to my size chart. If you choose a standard size over my recommendation, I will make the romper to your size of choice and trust your judgement. Thank you!
Once Order has been shipped, the package is out of my hands is turned over to you. I am always happy to help with tracking a package, but I am not responsible for lost or late packages due to USPS.
Shipping is free and I ship with First Class. Most packages are trackable. If you are worried you will not receive your package before a certain deadline, I recommend purchasing a Priority Mail Listing. Shipping Upgrade Listings are available under the category “Shipping”.
