Policies and Shipping

Current turnaround is 4-6 business days before shipping.  Rush options may be available in check out, please contact me if you have further questions about rushing an order.

Every piece is handmade to order. Shortly after your order is placed, I must cut out the order and lace to keep up with demand, and ensure that I don't over sell my supplies on hand. Therefore, I cannot accept cancellations.

Once an order is shipped it is out of my control. All domestic orders come with tracking. If you have a delayed package, please contact shipping company to file a claim. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Shipping within the US typically takes 2-4 business days once mailed. This is after my current turnaround time. International packages can take 1-2 weeks and sometimes longer depending on Customs. Most International packages come with tracking. Registered Mail is available upon request.

All orders are handmade to order and are not returnable. Please refer to my return policy section for further details. Any ready to ship items may be returned in certain circumstances- but a $50 restocking fee applies as this process is costly and time consuming.

Every item can be tailored to your little one's size by request. I would need a bit of information regarding her size, such and height and weight.

No custom orders are available at this time.

Choking Warning: Some items may contain small parts and could cause for a choking hazard. Please do not leave children unattended with small objects.
